However, centuries ago, a catastrophic storm shattered the empire, leading to the rise of independent pirate crews vying for control of the seas. The Shore Dwellers, Sea Daughters, and Wave Rats emerged as dominant forces, each with their own ideologies. Tensions escalated into an all-out war when the Wave Rats, led by a young rebel, challenged the old guard, sparking battles over rare sea artifacts that grant immense power
